Description
Loads, unloads, and moves materials within the plant site by performing the
following duties
Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
• Loads and unloads materials by operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Receives and properly tags incoming inventory.
• Maintains production line equipment with raw material to eliminate down-time.
• Performs functions in the computer to tag, ship and receive material.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
• High School diploma or GED; or one to 3 months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills and Abilities
• Mathematical skills – Able to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to
multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to use units of American money
and weight measurement, volume and distance.
• Language skills – Basic – Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,
short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to communicate in an understandable way to other people. Ability to
effectively present information in one on one and group situations to customers,
clients and other employees of the organization.

This position is performed in a warehouse environment. This role may work near
mechanical parts and in covered/outside weather conditions including a dusty
environment.

Description
The Territory Manager serves customers by developing and maintaining sales
within an assigned geographical area, meeting customer needs, and growing
Rocky Mountain Steel business as aligned with company strategy
Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
• Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by
planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new
business.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing
solutions; making recommendations to management.
• Works closely with inside sales and production teams to ensure customer
needs are met and problems are adequately resolved in a timely and complete
fashion.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such
as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory
analyses.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies.
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on territory and customer
sales.
• Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
• Results driven individual with high performance standards of themselves and
others.
• Strong external and internal customer focus.
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales or related field
or Associate’s degree with equivalent relevant work experience
• Previous work experience in sales, management, account management, or
relevant experience
• 1+ year in the metals industry with some level of product knowledge

• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using a CRM to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness
