Arcoplate is a wear-resistant fused alloy steel plate manufactured by Alloy Steel International. It is a chromium carbide-rich overlay steel plate manufactured by a patented production process that maximizes abrasion resistance and reduces hang up.

Arcoplate was developed as a 500 AR wear steel plate for unpredictable wear rates and high friction applications. Arcoplate Steel Wear Plate replaces the old quenched and tempered steel plate often used to manufacture traditional AR steel overlay plates.
Old-school wear liners cannot compare to the performance of AR 500 steel wear and overlay plate. Rocky Mountain Steel Fabrication services can increase production in a number of ways by reducing hang up of product, spillages around the plant, increased energy consumption, and increased friction causing premature wear.
